The BioReactor uses a black flexible membrane body chosen for long term outdoor service. Black is not just a style choice. Carbon black is widely used as a UV stabilizer in outdoor polymer products because it helps protect the material from sun damage over time. That makes it a better choice for long term exposure than many lighter colored options. The membrane material is designed to resist aging, acid and alkali exposure, and normal outdoor weathering while remaining lightweight and easier to transport and install than large rigid digesters. Warm Climate System

Every PiggyPower BioReactor includes a 1 year warranty covering defects in the supplied system components under normal intended use. This warranty does not cover misuse, freeze damage, puncture, abrasion, overpressure, improper installation, improper feedstock, neglect, modification, or damage caused by operating the system outside recommended conditions.
Important Operating Notes
Biogas systems are biological systems, not instant on mechanical appliances. Gas production depends on temperature, startup condition, input material, microbial health, feeding consistency, and general system management. Output will vary from user to user. For best results, the BioReactor should be fed suitable biodegradable material on a regular basis and operated in a warm environment.
