Shipping Policy

PiggyPower products are hand-built to order and assembled in small batches. Please review the information below before placing an order.

Processing and Build Time

All PiggyPower units are custom-built and tested prior to shipment.
Please allow up to 30 days for assembly, testing, and preparation before shipment. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to part availability, testing requirements, or workload.

Orders may ship sooner, but the full 30-day build window should be expected.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using standard shipping services through reputable carriers. Shipping speed and transit time depend on the carrier and destination and are outside PiggyPower’s control once the package has been handed off.

Signature Required

Signature confirmation is required for delivery on all orders.
This is done to protect both the customer and PiggyPower and to prevent loss, theft, or delivery disputes.

If a delivery attempt is missed, the customer is responsible for coordinating redelivery or pickup with the carrier.

Documentation and Testing

Every PiggyPower unit is tested prior to shipment. Operational video documentation is recorded for each unit and associated with its serial number. This documentation is retained for quality control and dispute resolution purposes.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, PiggyPower is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a package arrives damaged, the customer must notify PiggyPower within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the original packaging.

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for assistance with carrier claims.

International Shipping

​International shipping is not available at this time. Customers outside the United States may contact PiggyPower for a custom shipping quote.

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and compliance with local regulations. Delivery timelines for international orders may vary significantly.
